DIRECTIONS:

We are conveniently located just off I-40 at the Tanglewood/Harper Road exit,  in the Harris-Teeter shopping center on Hwy 158 across from Tanglewood Park.

From Winston-Salem take I-40 West through Clemmons  to Exit 182. At the top of the ramp turn left onto Harper Rd. Stay in far right lane to enter Tanglewood Commons Shopping center. We are one door past Harris-Teeter, about 9 minutes from central Winston-Salem.
